SOFTWARE SAVINGS

Decide who should see a follow-up and who should not.

Retargeting starts with audience suitability, permissions and exclusions. We help connect the message to the person’s current stage so a completed purchase, changed status or opt-out does not leave them in an old campaign.

01

Which warm audiences are worth retargeting?

02

Which audiences should be excluded before more spend?

03

Where do abandoned enquiries need email, ads or sales follow-up?

04

Which reports prove retargeting is creating qualified demand?

RETARGETING SERVICES

Connect audience rules to a relevant next action.

Agree the permitted sources, supported platforms, approved messages and exclusion updates before enabling a campaign.

Audience Rules

Warm visitors are grouped too broadly.

Audiences are split by service intent, page depth, source, CRM status and buying stage.
Offer Timing

People see the same message after every visit.

Messages change by intent, objection, page behaviour and the next useful action.
CRM Exclusions

Budget follows converted, disqualified or inactive records.

CRM stages and fit signals protect spend from poor retargeting loops.
Recovery Reporting

Retargeting reports show clicks but not recovered conversations.

Reports connect audience, message, owner, booking and pipeline movement.

HOW IT WORKS

Test audience changes as well as the ad itself.

Verify how records enter and leave the audience, how quickly updates take effect and what happens when a connection fails.

01

Segment

We map visitors, sources, service intent, CRM stage and exclusions before building more campaigns.

02

Message

Retargeting copy, landing pages and email prompts match the buyer stage instead of repeating generic ads.

03

Route

Replies, return visits and bookings move back to CRM with owner and next step visible.

04

Trim

Budget is reduced where audiences are cold, duplicated, disqualified or already converted.

WHY HABEN

Attributed conversions are not proof of additional conversions.

Review the reporting method and customer experience before claiming that retargeting created the result.

01Suitability

Confirm which contacts may enter the agreed audience and which must be excluded.

02Freshness

Check that changed CRM states and exclusion requests reach supported destinations.

03Value

Assess cost, relevant responses and attribution limits rather than relying on return visits alone.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Answers for buyers comparing retargeting automation.

Can you retarget every website visitor?

No such coverage is assumed. Available audiences depend on permissions, platform capabilities, tracking and eligibility. We confirm the actual supported scope.

How do you avoid advertising to people who already converted?

Define the conversion and exclusion source, test the update path and account for its timing. Uncertain or failed updates need an owner rather than an assumption that suppression worked.

Is email follow-up included?

Only where separately agreed with the appropriate recipient basis and stopping rules. Paid audiences and email sequences are different channels with different controls.

Can you prove the campaign generated extra sales?

Standard attribution alone does not establish that. Where feasible, a suitable experiment can help assess incremental effect; otherwise the report should state the limitation clearly.

INTRO MEETING

Which audience is receiving a message that no longer fits?

Bring the campaign and the customer-stage rules it should follow. We can review the exclusions and scope a more relevant follow-up.
