Win Babu
Win started his career in tech over 16 years ago. He was part of the early team at Zerodha — India's largest stock brokerage and a billion-dollar fintech startup — where he helped scale customer operations during the company's formative years.
He went on to work with management consulting firms in Dubai, serving multi-billion dollar organizations and government bodies across the MENA region. Over several years, he led digital marketing and strategy projects for hundreds of clients across industries.
Later, he scaled a real estate tech platform in North America — leading marketing, product positioning, and growth strategy for a fast-moving startup in a competitive market.
A self-taught developer, Win engineers proprietary AI systems — content engines, schema generators, SEO optimizers, and autonomous workflow agents — built on Python, large language models, and multi-agent architectures. These tools now power Haben's entire service delivery pipeline, giving clients enterprise-grade AI automation without the enterprise price tag.
