AI ROADMAP / INDIA

AI roadmap consulting in India.

Choose which AI investment deserves a pilot across your business. Haben compares the work your teams actually perform, identifies dependencies and prepares a sequenced plan with accountable owners. The output explains what to attempt, what to defer and what evidence would change the decision.

SOFTWARE SAVINGS

Which proposal still makes sense after the dependencies are counted?

A persuasive demo can hide missing data, an unavailable reviewer or a costly integration. Put those constraints beside the proposed benefit before deciding where the first implementation budget goes.

01

Which recurring task has a measured starting point?

02

What must be available before this idea can be tested?

03

Could a process change solve the same problem?

04

Who accepts the cost and operating responsibility?

AI ROADMAP SERVICES

A decision record your implementation team can use.

The roadmap connects an operating problem to a testable proposal, not a catalogue of fashionable tools.

Comparable opportunity review

Functions estimate value using different assumptions.

Compare observed workload, avoidable effort and uncertainty in a common decision record.
Dependency and access map

A proposed automation assumes data or interfaces that may not be available.

Identify system ownership, required access and the checks needed before implementation.
Sequenced pilot brief

Every idea is labelled urgent without a workable first release.

Specify the smallest test, responsible owner, acceptance evidence and conditions for stopping.
Measurement plan

Activity reports do not show whether the original business constraint changed.

Assign each claimed benefit an observable measure and state where attribution will remain uncertain.

HOW IT WORKS

From competing ideas to a defensible first decision.

The roadmap is complete when the owner can approve or reject a specific pilot with its assumptions visible.

01

Observe

Follow representative tasks across participating functions and collect the available workload evidence.

02

Compare

Assess AI, ordinary automation and process-only options against the same constraints and cost assumptions.

03

Sequence

Order the shortlisted work around data access, people, integration dependencies and reversible tests.

04

Decide

Review a pilot specification with the budget and process owners; record approved, deferred and rejected options.

WHY HABEN

Make assumptions inspectable.

These checks describe a useful planning deliverable. They are not claims of achieved savings.

BasisComparable estimates

Every benefit estimate identifies the observation, assumption and period on which it depends.

OwnerAccepted responsibility

A named person can authorise the pilot and maintain its operating process.

GateA testable decision

The proposal defines what evidence would justify proceeding, changing direction or stopping.

SERVICE QUESTIONS

Answers for teams comparing AI roadmap consulting.

Is this the same as an AI Roadmap Sprint?

The roadmap selects and sequences work. A sprint takes an agreed priority into a bounded implementation or validation exercise. The roadmap does not include a live build unless that is expressly scoped.

Can the first recommendation be to avoid AI?

Yes. If a clearer form, an existing system feature or a simpler handoff resolves the problem with less cost and risk, that option belongs in the recommendation.

How are priorities compared across branches?

Use a common set of measures, then record material local differences such as access, volume, approval rules and support ownership. A strong result in one branch is evidence for a further test, not automatic permission to roll out everywhere.

What should we prepare before meeting?

Bring your proposed use cases, current tools, a redacted example of the work and the person who owns its outcome. Rough volume or time records help; do not fabricate a baseline to fill an assessment sheet.

Does the roadmap include software implementation?

The roadmap defines priorities, dependencies and a proposed pilot. Integrations, software purchases and branch deployment require a separate agreed scope, access and acceptance criteria. A planning document is not a production-ready system.

What if there is no reliable starting data?

Make the gap part of the decision. Establish a small observation period or review sample before claiming savings. Uncertain workload, unclear ownership or inaccessible records may require preparation before an automation pilot is justified.

INTRO MEETING

Bring the AI ideas competing for your next budget.

Share the operating problem, the alternatives already considered and the decision you need to make. We can establish the evidence required for a useful roadmap.
